Appointments

Until further notice, there will be no routine appointments. We will continue to provide our Urgent on the day triage but please only telephone reception. Do not attend the surgery to book any appointments.
Only those patients that have been specifically asked to come in by a Clinician should attend the surgery.
To book an appointment please telephone the surgery.

Please download the NHS app or use Patient Access so that you can order your medication online and we can send your prescription electronically to the Pharmacy. If you cannot use the NHS app or Patient access please call Prescription Ordering Direct on 024 7624 6072. Please include details of your nominated pharmacy. You must nominate where you would like your prescription to be sent to.

This will mean that you do not have to come to the surgery to submit or collect your prescription.
