Spring Covid Vaccinations 2025
Who is eligible for the Spring Covid vaccination?
- Patients aged 75 or over (including individuals due to turn 75 years on or before 17th June 2025)
- Patients who live in a care home for older adults
- Patients who are aged 5 – 74 and have a weakened immune system
How do I book my Covid appointment?
We will be sending invitations to eligible patients that provides an option to book their appointment via a link. We will also be contacting patients by telephone.
What if I am housebound?
We will contact our household patients directly to offer an at-home vaccination. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide more specific arrival times than those provided at the time of booking. If you are newly housebound please contact the surgery to inform us of this. We will check with your GP to see if a home vaccination is possible and contact you to advise you of the outcome.
What if I cannot attend my Covid vaccination appointment?
If you are unable to attend your Covid vaccination appointment, please cancel this via the NHS App, via the online triage form, or by telephone on 01788 578800.
What can I expect when I attend my appointment?
- Arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to reduce queues.
- Do not attend with another person unless they are a carer.
- Wear appropriate clothing so that you are ready for your injection.
- Be aware that our site will have limited parking due to the number of patients attending this clinic.
